Product Liability
What is a defective product? The law defines a defective product as being "reasonably dangerous for its intended use." In the real world terms, that means a car is not supposed to blow up after it has been in an accident; a ladder is not supposed to tip over while you are stringing up your Christmas lights; a stove is not supposed to catch fire while you are cooking a holiday turkey. The use of inferior parts, poor workmanship, or just bad design, can cause products to be dangerous.
At Maloney & Campolo, we have years of experience examining defective products and determining when something is actually wrong, and the manufacturer should compensate you for your injuries. Call our Law Firm. We can help.
