There is no need to pay an attorney unless they truly assist you with your problem.

Careful screening allows us to concentrate our efforts on those people who truly need our help. It does no one any good to file frivolous or unnecessary lawsuits. Our judicial system should be reserved for those who truly need help and compensation.

In our opinion, billing by the hour is just plain wrong. We believe in one thing: You should only get paid if you produce results. If we lose, we should not get paid.
